(1) 13-Week E-Course: How To Leverage Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace
Modeling Best Practices in Inclusive Leadership
The primary aim of the course is to help Black business owners increase productivity in work environments by learning how to effectively engage a diverse work force.
This course will also increase Black business owners', managers', and supervisors' awareness of and appreciation for diversity.
Designed specifically for business leaders, the course will help improve professional and personal relationships with team leaders and other members in the work place.
An additional aim of the course is to help business owners lead by example, as they will learn to respond to diversity--difference--in more appreciative, respectful, and honoring ways. The result will be improved diversity-management skills and positive work-place relationships.
This course applies to a wide spectrum of differences including ethnicity, class, gender, race, age, sexual orientation, culture, personality, and a myriad of human differences.
Students who fully engage the course will see significant improvements in themselves and members within their work communities.
